This lawsuit is frivilous. This is just another example of the "little guy" fighting back "big buisness" I think this guy should pay for Microsofts legal fee's when he loses.

He has no more right to PocketPC.com than you have right to PocketPCcity.com. My view is first come, first served on unprotected names.

And Lindows lawsuit?
It is interesting that MS people think pocketpc is a generic term, then Windows is also a generic, so the lawsuit MS is doing for Lindows had be dismissed.
