By PocketPC City Staff Fonix Corporation has released Fonix VoiceDial ($19.95), a hands-free speech software application for the Microsoft Pocket Phone Edition that enables users to place calls by speaking the phone number or contact name. "With no voice training required, users can tell their Pocket PC Phone Edition device to call a certain number or individual on the user's contact list, and Fonix VoiceDial will do the rest," said Tim Hong, Wireless and Mobile Product Manager at Fonix. "This hands-free phone dialing solution is speaker independent, so people can use it in their cars, at home, in the office, or anytime they want to make a phone call."
