Tip: Samsung Epix - Getting Out of Standby Mode

By Amy Mayer
November 20, 2008

As a default, the Samsung Epix can only be revived from the blank-screen standby mode by pressing the on/off key. But, if you prefer to fire it back up by pressing any key, you can change the setting.

Here's what you do:

Go to Settings-->Persona-->Wake Up Button. Select Any button rather than Power button. But remember to lock the device before it goes blank to avoid unwanted calls if your pocket, purse or briefcases manages to wake up the device.
