Top original device manufacturer HTC has released the unlocked version of its latest top-of-the-line Windows Mobile.
The problem is it is the European edition of the Touch Pro2 that is now available.
That means this version of the Touch Pro2 -- a horizontal QWERTY slider with a touch screen -- offers everything you could want in a smartphone, except compatibility with U.S.-style 3G cellular wireless networks.
It isn't expected to make it stateside until later this summer. So if you can go without HSPA (3G) and you really want one of this babies, now's your chance to pick the Touch Pro2 up.
The smartphone will set you back around $800, however.
