With the latest edition of its Kinoma PLay applications, Kinoma's launched what it is calling the first "social media browser" Windows Mobile smartphones. So, in addition to media playback and discovery, the software now offers the ability to share content across social networks like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Flickr and Picasa. That means users can, for example, share YouTube videos on Facebook, share a Facebook photo on Twitter and update their status, all within Kinoma Play and while listening to music. This new release of Kinoma Play goes for $29.99 and is free to all current users. Kinoma expects to release a version for the Symbian/S60 platform in the third quarter. See
