The 64 sampling rate creates really small files, but the quality of the music sucks. You have to use at least 128 sampling to get decent quality. 196 is an even better sound. The 64 sampling sounds really "tinny" and has bad decay approaching quiet points. Overall the WMA format will save space when put up against the MP3 format.
