As Sacha said, 64k WMA files are the same quaility as 128k MP3 files. You may notice a small quality decrease, but most people can't (I can't, it seems the same to me), and some people can. If you use 196k MP3s, then try encoding to 128k WMAs since they are about 1/2 the size.
