The H/PC is called an H/PC and not a P/PC with a keyboard cause it is physically different. It's these differences that must be taken into account when the application is compiled. Also the version of Windows CE is the H/PC version of CE and is not the same as the P/PC version or the PocketPC version. It will be easier to get an H/PC version of the application in question.
