Message:I had exactly that problem when I first got my Z50 and once since then. (This will completely wipe out anything added to the computer, so it's a last resort.) Pull the backup batteries out....pull the main battery off....let it sit for at least half an hour....put new backup batteries in....put the main battery on.....charge for an hour...DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN IT ON UNTIL IT HAS CHARGED FOR AN HOUR....for some reason, this seems to clear out an error that develops with low power that doesn't want to clear unless it's really wiped clean. A hard reset by itself didn't work.
