Message:

After a hard reset, I tried to restore my iPAQ 3630 from a CF-card. Unfortunately, that does not work, I only get a message saying "Unknown Restore information error". Anyone that knows what that means? The restore file is 12339 kb, I use WindowsCE ver. 3.0.9348 (build 9616)ROM version 1.77.00 ENG.

Is there something I have missed? Any idea how to solve my problem would be appreciated.
