Is your main battery charging properly? I had this problem due to my J720 not charging the main battery to full capacity. It would be case that 2 hours out of the cradle (without being switched on) my J720 was dead and the back-up battery had been consumed. My course of action was to return the J720 and get a new one. Is this message offensive or in violation of this board's policies? If so report it by clicking here.
