ISP connection trouble

Message:

Some ISPs require terminal window after dialing due to security reasons and the communication hookup need fir dual authentication.

Not much to be done there except switch ISPs. Regarding email , this usually means the ID and Password for mail are different than that for regular usage, or you need terminal window set up for email too.
