It never worked smoothly and as time passed it started to give more problems each day. Faulty touch screen, lack of compatibility with modem cards or other accessories... most of software (MIPS) not working properly, freezing WinCE sometimes. Then the upgrade came out, but only for US and however way too late to save Mobilon HC-4x00 series from a lame destiny of shame. Has any of you received the upgrade? And those this soft patch solves many issues of the handheld? I hope so, because Sharp should be sued of its every single penny for selling such s**t to all the world - one of the worst handheld PC ever!
