| Title: Battery problem in HC-4100 |

Message:My HC-4100 was working perfectly with an optional rechargable battery pack, when it loose power I bought a new rechargable battery pack (original) an put it 24 hours to charge but it doesn't work. It charge but when I try to turn on the HC I hear a smooth sound and does't turn on.
When I try to use my battery pack with another handheld, it works perfectly.
Another thing that I don't know if it have a relation with the problem, is that the backlight work bad, its too low.
Is this message offensive or in violation of this board's policies?
