Fantastic PDA!!
I have used several PDA's in the past(all Palm OS) and this one is more versatile than any other. I have since programmed my HP Ipaq to speak, transform into a G.P.S. device, transform into a TV, and Download DVD Movies. the thing that impresses me is the multi-tasking capabilities that it has. I am interested in any software for Proximity Sensing(as in radar) capabilities.

The first and possibly last pda I'll own
Yes this is my first one and since receiving it, I haven't been able to let it go. I can't compare it with other makes or models but I dont feel I have too. This little machine surpasses that of my laptop and in ways my desktop (as productivity and convenience are concerned). I'd say more but I feel the experts have already said it all.

Best PDA on the Market
Upgraded from my 3950 and could not be happier. One of the best screens I have ever seen and all necessary features. Best bang for the buck, considering you can buy a SD WiFi card with it, pay less that the 4010 and get a CF slot to boot. Great improvements with the new reusaeable battery. Don't be fooled by imitations....this is the best PDA on the market. Throw away the Palm.

One excel file at a time?
I have just recieved my iPaq 2215 and I absolutly love the screen! It's 100% readable outside! I started out years ago with the Palm Pilot and worked my way up to a Jornada 720 which I use all day in my work. The biggest problem I have with the 2215 is that on the Jornada I could minumize an excel file and have 3 files open at once (all excel) but on the 2215 I must close one to open another. The 2215 is quicker, but in having to do this it ends up being much slower that the Jornada (when used the way I use it while working). Blue tooth works great for sync and web surfing. So.. I'm pretty happy .. If anyone knows a way to have multiple excel files, open please let me know OR HP wake up! Sell the Jornada 728's again but with a screen like the iPAQ's I'm a buyer!

great upgrade
The dual I/O slot is a winner, I can have a Wi-fi CF card and a 256MB SD card in the *same* PDA. Disappointed that MS Pocket PC 2003 is nothing special though.

An End to the THROW-AWAY equipment madness
How many times will manufacturers of PDA's get away with the "upgrade" and "throwaway" madness? Nothing I bought for my iPAQ 3900 works with the iPAQ 2210 I bought to replace it when the 3900 was stolen. The keyboard doesn't work. The charger cradle doesn't work. The synch cables don't work. Why? Imagine buying a new computer to replace an older one, plugging in your old keyboard only to find that it doesn't work at all. It's a KEYBOARD. . .that technology is as old as computers. So why won't they work with the new one? It's time to draw a line in the sand and DEMAND that manufacturers support base-line equipment in their "upgrades".

Great IPAQ but
I saw the new IPAQ 2215 in the store and decided to buy it. I love the size and the display is 100X better than the Jornada I have. I love the fact you can use both an SD and CF card. Bluetooth feature is good too but have not been able to use it yet since I do not yet have any other bluetooth devices. One big draw back is that I can not use my Linksys WCF12 Wi Fi card with it. I installed the drivers and put the card in and nothing. Linksys does not yet have drivers available. I guess I'll have to wait. Overall, great product. Just on comment. 3rd party hardware software companies, where are the updated drivers and software?
