Mine Died
As soon as the warrenty ended, my 5450 died. Kept asking me to reset it, when I did, it never rebooted, never came back on. When I asked HP for help, they told me that I could buy their assistance. I don't think I'll be purchasing anymore HP products.

H5450 is a piece of junk
I've paid over $600 for this thing and it's already broke on my in a year. It's lock up and can't even boot up. The HP warranty is terrible. Last time i'm dealing with HP. They're not standing behind their product.

100Mhz bus is not enough
I have an ipaq h3660 and my new h5450. I have tryed both of them and incredibly, the old h3660 is faster in many applications. The new h5450 has a 400Mhz processor, but this has nearly no effect on performance due to the lack of an appropiate bus: it has a 16-bit 100MHz bus!!

Please take a look to comparatives all across the internet before buying this unit. SPB software house has some revealing benchmarks about this facts.

Very Cool PocketPC
I bought this unit about 6 month ago and never had any problems with it. I even dropped it a couple of times and it still works with no problems. I recomend it

Quite Happy So Far
It seems easy to use and fairly friendly when it comes to customizing. It was a little hard to figure out how to enable internet access through my household wifi, but a Google search fixed that. I'm very glad I bought this model.

Bought one of these last week. Battery life is poor. It crashes all the time and needs reseting. Features are good if the thing keeps working. my Palm with a 66MhZ Cpu is fater than this unit. Very slow. Stick to palm...much more reliable.

Evolution of PDA's
As handhelds evolve towards a true mobile computer we see new features added regularly. This PDA is at the top of the "food chain" without question. The X scale processor has helped maintain the battery life (about 3 hours), although it is still a bit weak, but the removable battery is a great plus!!! The processor is fast and beefy and will perform all actions with lightning response times. Go and add some software from a company like Altarus and this can become a mission critical CPU...
