    Description:
    SmallTweak tweaks your Handheld PC by configuring display items on the Desktop and top of Explorer, file type association, scrollbar settings, flexible device power off settings, software input panel settings, window animation settings, font cache size, color depth which Pocket IE displays and so on. These settigns can be configured also by using registry editors. However modifying the registry incorrectly may cause the entire system to fail or crash. SmallTweak can achieve such configuration safely via easy GUI.
