Pathetic
Magic Button is a welcome fix to restore
the expected semantics of the 'Close' button
on a Pocket PC, but it is NOT a Task Manager.
Far from it...

Wonderful, Exactly what I was looking for? for FREE!!
Simple, Elegant solution;
Replaces the existing 'OK' or 'X' button in the top right hand corner with an almost identical one which does what you expect - Closes the application!
That's all I ever wanted from my Pocket PC, but wait! There's More...
If you tap and hold the ok/X/magic button, the task-bar changes to show all the currently running applications so you can switch quickly between them,
You can add a tiny little battery meter next to the close button area (brilliant - although it's a bit hippy-esq in colours), you can close all the applications in one operation,
You can jump back to the today screen, the start menu is left intact when the taskbar is hidden (tap and hold again to do that) and the start logo still appears and works when the taskbar is shown,
You can change the delay for the hold before the taskbar appears,

My only complaint is tiny; It does a good job of hitting the background colour of your theme to blend in with you task-bar, but users with themes which include colour blends or gradients on their taskbars will notice a tiny blue outline around the button which otherwise wouldn’t be there. A tiny loss for such a functional improvement and perhaps a future version or a tweak would fix this.

Otherwise perfect.
