Idokorro Mobile Admin enables administration of an organization's computers and network resources from practically anywhere at anytime using a wireless handheld. Mobile Admin increases enterprise productivity by giving IT administrators the tools they need to improve system uptime and rapidly diagnose and fix system problems while on the go.
Mobile Admin includes tools to administer Windows NT, 2000, XP and 2003. Management capabilities include managing Processes, Services, Users, Groups, Active Directory, Print Jobs, Shares, Event logs, Scheduled Tasks, MS SQL Server, Oracle, File Explorer, DNS, DHCP, Cluster Server, Terminal Services, Windows Command Prompt, Rebooting, VMware, Citrix and even BlackBerry Enterprise Server administration.
Also supports administering IBM Lotus Domino servers. Administrators can send Domino Console commands, restart Server Tasks, reset passwords, edit Server Documents, create/edit People & Groups, Accept/Reject Admin Requests and much more.
Managing Novell servers is also supported. Administrators can create NDS/eDirectory users and groups. As well as edit users, change group members, reset passwords and edit logon scripts. Organizational units can also be managed.

Security is provided by the trusted Triple DES encryption included in BES 3.5 or above. Authentication is provided and managed by your current Windows network configuration as well as RSA SecurID and RADIUS two-factor authentication.
Idokorro Mobile Admin can be used from BlackBerry devices, Palm devices such as the TREO or Tungsten, Windows Mobile, Pocket PC, Nokia, Sony Ericcson and Motorola phones and any computer using a web browser.
