Mortgage Etc(TM) (formerly Lend Etc), is a comprehensive and powerful tool for realtors, financial advisors, and lending professionals and offers some advanced features that only expensive desktop package have, such as US Federal Housing Authority's Graduated Payment Mortgages (FHA-GPM), balloon mortgages. Data can also be exported to Pocket Excel(tm) or CSV files to be used by desktop Excel for futher analysis and presentation. The following are some of the key features:
PITI calculation with amortization schedule.
FHA GPM mortgages US Federal Housing Authority GPM mortgages calculation with amortization schedule.
