Simply select the settings screen and enter the details of your smoking habit to start. Note that if you have not yet registered My Last Cigarette then the readouts are meaningless; they do however give you a good idea of what the application does. My Last Cigarette is proven having helped many people stay quit. It is available for Smartphone, Windows Mobile, Pocket PC, Palm, S60, Sony P800, and P900.

Your chance of a heart attack vs if you had continued to smoke.

The improvement in your lung function.
The level of carbon monoxide in your blood compared to when you were a smoker.
