Usability

I never even completed the install
As soon as I extracted the files for the installer, their readme file popped up in my browser telling me that before I could even use the *evaluation* version of their software, I would have to download another one of their products that would have to run on my server.

Oh no, no, no! I might install some crap on my Pocket PC, but I'm not installing something I found on the internet onto my company's server! Are you kidding?
